GOURD OIL LAMP KITS

What a great thing the internet can be, to bring two people together that have never
met in person and make them such great friends. It began with a joint love of
painting and has bloomed into a true friendship, talking daily either through emails or
phone. We are both please to bring you these wonderful Gourd Oil Lamp kits for your
enjoyment.

These oil lamps can be used with paraffin or citronella. Check out the "oil lamps page"
for these unique lamps made from various shapes of gourds.

OIL LAMP KIT-----Includes complete instructions and a precut, cleaned gourd. It
will also include a precut disc and dome for holding the wick, wick holder, and tube to
hold the oil. We are not attaching any of the parts to the gourd so it will be easier
for you to paint. We will also include some sample ideas.

OIL LAMP PARTS ONLY KIT----Includes everything in the Oil Lamp Kit....EXCEPT
the gourd. You can use these kits with just about any type of gourd, but you will need
a gourd with enough room inside to make room for the tube that will hold the oil
which would need to be 2 1/2" deep. The hole you cut must be 3/4" wide to insert
this tube.

The gourds come in small versions of Cannonballs, Bottles, and Martin House. Please
specify the type you prefer when ordering. Supplies of gourds are limited at this
time. We will contact you through e-mail if we don't have your specified gourd and
would like to pick another style.

To select the correct size disc to fit the top of your gourd, it must overhang at least
1/8" over the area that is to be cut. Disc come in----1 1/2, 1 3/4", 2 3/8", and 3".
PLEASE specify which size disc you need if you are only ordering the parts kit.
